Applying plaster, removing old paint, and preparing the work area

Assist in the pouring, smoothing and setting of asphalt with varying equipments on roads, pathways, and parking lots 

Ensuring spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces

Sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets

Washing and sanitizing toilets, sinks and showers and restocking disposables

Drive vehicle to varying locations.

Applicant must possess knowledge of Dump Trucks that transport Sand, Rock, Gravel, Asphalt, Debris.

Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe and efficient transportation.

Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in good working condition.

Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding transportation and delivery.

This position is responsible for safely operating a triaxle tanker or transport with a 48 foot tank from a water source to a customer location to either pick up or deliver water.

Ensuring that all related paperwork and driver logs are completed in an accurate and timely manner.

Applicants must be able to spread and smooth the concrete to achieve a flawless finish. Skillfully mold expansion joints and edges for a polished look.

The ideal candidate will possess proven work experience as a Concrete Laborer or in a similar role.

Applicant will be responsible for setting up the forms that shape the concrete into the desired structure.

 Prior experience in construction work and familiarity with hand and power tools is required.

Concrete Form Setters must be comfortable working outside in all types of weather conditions and lifting heavy objects.

Engage in thorough discussions with patients regarding medications, insurance coverage, and prior authorization requirements. 

Obtain approval for prior authorizations from insurance companies and nurse managers.

Advocate on behalf of patients by appealing to insurance companies in the event of prior authorization denials.

Evaluate patient accounts to ensure they are complete and accurate. Take proactive measures to rectify any missing or incorrect information to ensure patients receive proper reimbursement. 

Experience with detailed documentation of account activity utilizing accurate medical and billing codes required. 

Responsibilities include mounting and dismounting tires, installing new wheels, attaching and re-balancing wheels, as well as repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.

Engaging in training and adhering to safety protocols are essential aspects of this role. 

Ensuring the safety of workers, pedestrians, and drivers on construction sites

Certification is required to ensure that flaggers are equipped with the necessary skills to effectively carry out their duties. 

Trained according to state standards, flaggers are proficient in safely directing traffic and handling any issues that may arise during the course of their workday. 

This includes the ability to stand for extended periods, make quick decisions, and adapt to changing circumstances.
